ORDER PROCESSING

Our order processing times vary by product since most of our products are custom made. Our designers are based in various countries in Africa and throughout the world. To ensure quality product, production timelines typically range from 1-12 weeks. Please note order processing times on the product page. We’ll also notify you in the event of a delay.

In-stock

Items are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

Delays:

All items and delivery times are advertised in good faith. However, certain items may be subject to unexpected production delays. In these cases, we will do everything possible to secure the items and fill your order as quickly as possible.

MERCHANDISE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products. However, as monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with state, provincial and local tax laws. No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in accordance with applicable laws.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email info@54kibo.com Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST to ensure your cancellation is processed. Outside these hours, you can leave a message and you will be contacted the following working day.

FAQS

If the item is in stock your package will ship out from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. From then on, it all depends on your shipping method and location. Please refer to our shipping policy for arrival timelines.
If the product page notes that an item is made to order, package will ship depending on manufacturer’s production timeline as indicated on product page. Items may ship separately if they have different processing times.
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. However, our goal is to bring 54kibo to the world. Send us an email at info@54kibo.com and let us know which country you’d like us to consider. In the meantime, if you find an item you love, send us an email as well and we will manually process your order for you.
