Packaging and Presentation Improvement Needed

The pendent is to be used over a dining table. I was initially worried about the material, but the weave has a waxy layer over it allowing for easy cleaning. Missing a star for the packing and presentation. The bubble wrapped pendent was just throw into the box with the invoice and a few packing peanut. Was hoping to have a better opening experience or having more sustainable packaging being used.

Lovely!

Love the look of this light! It was just what I needed for my home office. The only issue was with installation, the included canopy kit that attaches the light to the ceiling was a 4” wide mounting and my light box required a 5”, which is more standard. So it required additional steps, but my awesome handy husband was able to work through it.
